Mega Millions jackpot hits $1.1 billion, the largest in lottery history

The winning numbers for the $1.1 billion Mega Millions jackpot were drawn on Tuesday night. The numbers are:

  • 30
  • 45
  • 61
  • Mega Ball: 12

The jackpot was the largest in the history of the Mega Millions lottery. The previous record was $1.537 billion, which was won in South Carolina in 2018.

The winning ticket was sold in California. The winner has not yet come forward.

The odds of winning the Mega Millions jackpot are 1 in 302.6 million.

The next drawing will be on Friday, August 5. The jackpot for that drawing will be an estimated $73 million.
