Titled “John Mulaney In Concert,” the tour is set to kick off on November 2 at the Ulster Performing Arts Center in Kingston, NY. The grand finale will be on New Year’s Eve in Phoenix, AZ at the Arizona Financial Theatre.

Emmy-Nominated Success

Mulaney’s latest standup special, “Baby J,” which hit screens in April, garnered him Emmy nominations in two categories: Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) and Outstanding Writing For A Variety Special. This marks a significant achievement for the talented comedian. “Baby J” is his third Netflix stand-up special, following the success of “The Comeback Kid” (2015) and “Kid Gorgeous” (2018), the latter of which earned him a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special. Additionally, fans may remember his variety special, “John Mulaney & The Sack Lunch Bunch,” which premiered on Netflix in 2019.

A Career with Many Credits

John Mulaney’s journey in the world of comedy began with his work as a writer on the iconic show, Saturday Night Live. One of his standout contributions was co-creating the beloved character, Stefon, alongside Bill Hader. Mulaney also ventured into the world of sitcoms as the creator and star of the semi-autobiographical Fox show, “Mulaney.” His voice talents have also graced the big screen, where he voiced the character Jack Horner in the Oscar-nominated animated feature, “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.” Moreover, he’s been a part of the Netflix original animated series “Big Mouth,” voicing the character Andrew Glouberman, among other notable credits.
