New Delhi: Natasha Poonawalla recently had a fantastic time at the 15th anniversary celebration of the Kering Foundation, co-chaired by the talented actress Salma Hayek. She joined other guests, including Lauren Sanchez, at this special event. Natasha shared a delightful collection of photos and videos from what she called “the most fun party.”
In the first picture, Natasha looked absolutely stunning in a black and white Schiaparelli gown, making it a fashion spectacle right from the start. Another photo featured her alongside Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai, adding a touch of inspiration to the evening.
The highlight of Natasha’s post was a video showing herself, Lauren Sanchez, Salma Hayek, and their friends dancing enthusiastically on the dance floor. Lauren Sanchez had initially shared this clip, setting the tone for the evening’s festivities.
Natasha Poonawalla used the caption to express her gratitude to Salma Hayek and highlight the importance of taking a stand against domestic violence. She stressed that domestic abuse can take various forms, including mental, physical, economic, or sexual, and called for communities, families, and colleagues to support women in need. Natasha also pointed out the unfortunate reality that some women can be perpetrators of these abuses due to generational trauma, emphasizing that it’s not a battle of the sexes but rather a conflict of values.
She continued to share her appreciation for the influential figures at the event, including Malala Yousafzai, Oprah Winfrey, and others, who are thought leaders in the fight against gender-based violence. Natasha also mentioned the fantastic performance by Florence and the Machine and the unforgettable after-party, for which she was well-prepared with breakfast.
Natasha Poonawalla’s post received an outpouring of positive reactions from friends and celebrities. Lauren Sanchez showed her love with black and white hearts, while supermodel Gigi Hadid commented with “Beauty.” Irina Shayk left fire emojis in the comments, and Sussanne Khan, a close friend of Natasha, responded with red hearts. Bollywood celebrity stylist Tanya Gharvi expressed her admiration with a red heart and described Natasha’s style as chic.
Salma Hayek, the co-chair of the Kering Foundation, also shared her own set of photos from the “Caring For Women Dinner” event. This second annual dinner, which took place on September 12 in Manhattan, aimed to support organizations like the Malala Fund, National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV), and New York City Alliance Against Sexual Violence. Salma expressed her gratitude to everyone who attended the event and emphasized the importance of combatting gender-based violence worldwide.
